Emmka's life after Christmas

Emmka's life after Christmas has changed dramatically. Since January she's attending a kindergarten and she absolutely loves it! She wants to go there even during the weekends!
I also have to admit she takes after daddy a lot! Every day she's given me all kinds of statistics .... e.g. who wasn't in the kindergarten, who's still wearing diapers, who cried, who doesn't want to eat and what....
I'm afraid next year she'll start working with Excel and use all this information for some serious statistical research.

Christmas 2009

Finally a new post and the first one from Slovakia!

Yes, Emmushka is officially living in Slovakia! After being born in the U.S., spending two years in Belgium, she moved to Bratislava last December and right now she's enjoying her grandparents, cousins...etc.

Here are a few pictures from the last Christmas. Emmka got many many gifts....whenever we went for a visit she found the gifts under Christmas trees. In Slovakia it's little Jesus who's bringing gifts. Emmka told me that she saw Jesus at the church and that he was working there!

This is Emmka's friend Sophia....it's been a year since they saw each other. They grew up so much!

Early morning of the December 24th (the day when we get Christmas gifts). Emmka's checking whether there is something under the tree....

Finally, little Jesus stopped by.....and Emmka can clean the house with her own "cleaning station"!

Emmka's unpacking (with mommy's help) another gift......wow, the same cleaning stuff? Little Jesus had to be very busy and confused!

New Year's Eve! I still cannot believe it but Emmka went to sleep at 1 a.m.!!! She had a lot of fun with her cousin Filip, she sang, danced....etc....
