This is Emmka's new summer activity. Mommy and daddy finally got their bikes and started to explore the surroundings of Brussels. One day we "discovered" a nice windmill and a castle.

Summer 2
Emmka's second half of the summer was as exciting as the first one. For once, I cannot complain about the weather in Belgium because we had a lot of sunny days, moreover, the fall was also surprisingly warm and without rain.

At the end of September Emmka went for a quick visit to Slovakia to celebrate the 390th anniversary of her mom's village.

Summer
Emmushka spent 5 weeks in Slovakia, so she had enough time to enjoy her grandparents, cousins, friends....etc. She became more independent and finally didn't want her "mommy" all the time. Moreover, she let her parents go to the spa for a weekend!
We drove the car to get to Slovakia and we made one stop in Prague to get some rest and to see our friends! Emma was completely delighted by her "buddies" Oliver and Max.

Birthday
Emmushka is two years old! Even though she is answering the age question with "two, three, four, five". You choose!
She is a smart cookie now. Emmka knows the alphabet, few songs and rhymes from her favorite books and likes drawing.
She is always trying to make us laugh!

On her birthday we could not take her "party hat" off. She went to the park wearing it.
